I am convinced that verizon online dsl sucks the dingle berries off my ass.
All i fucking want is a replacement modem, its fucking dieing and they cant seem to understand that. for the past two months i have had nothign but problems with my connetion, I have called them over 100 times in the past 6 months regaurding this issue. They keep telling me its a line problem, i keep telling them it isnt.
I had faster speed with fucking dial up aol.
Im fustrated and angry at the incompitence of the verizon tech support people.
The one guy that actually knows what hes doing i get on a rare occasion. most of the time its some condesending bitch who answers my call and tells me that there isnt much she can do until my ticket gets reviewed..

last night around 2am i called verizon and spoke to someone, she told me the ticket would remain open she would leave notes for the next tech when i called back with an update on anychanges with my modem. so i called back this morning cause my service cut out again, only to find out my damn ticket was closed. WTF
the issue wasnt resolved the problem wasnt fucking fixed why the fuck did they close my ticket.
thier response we close all tickets after every Exploited Teens Sex Videos call. unless the ticket is flagged to stay open.
WTF the stupid Bangmatch Adult Dating lady told me she would keep it open until the problem was resolved why the fuck was it closed.

im tired and fustrated with verizon. save yourself the trouble dont bother getting dsl from verizon, go with earthlink or optimum online or something even beter just get cable.
My two fucking lost time wasted cents on that.
